Processing & Fulfillment

Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CT (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that cutoff times apply only to business days. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. CT ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer real-time carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Options typically include:

USPS Ground Advantage — ~2–5 business days (faster within the Midwest)

UPS Ground — ~1–5 business days depending on distance

UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day, nationwide
All orders ship from Chicagoland, IL. Customers located nearby may receive faster transit times; shipments traveling farther across the U.S. will take longer.
International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations where non-alcoholic beer can be imported.

Delivery times vary by country, generally 7–21 business days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.

Customs inspections or delays may extend delivery timelines beyond our control.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier-provided transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier capacity, and customs may cause delays.
Signature & Delivery Confirmation

Signature confirmation is generally not required for domestic shipments unless requested.

For certain international shipments, carriers or customs authorities may require signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy & Reshipments
Please confirm your shipping address carefully.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to a carrier error, Years NA will cover reshipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at years@pilotprojectbrewing.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or the carrier. While Years NA is not responsible for stolen packages, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the situation.

If tracking shows no updates for more than 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Weather & Seasonal Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday shipping volumes may delay carrier transit times. These delays are outside our control, but we’ll communicate updates as they become available.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure timely delivery during holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders at least 7–10 business days in advance for standard shipping and 3–5 business days in advance for expedited shipping. Updated holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our site each season.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
